What is Rhodes HQ?

Rhodes HQ is a personal life management application used by a small number of authorized users. It is not a commercial product and is not available to the general public.

What data do we access?

When you sign in with Google, Rhodes HQ requests access to:

Google Calendar — to display your upcoming events and allow you to create new events.
Gmail (read-only) — to scan for shipping confirmation emails and automatically track package deliveries.
Profile information — your name, email address, and profile picture for authentication.

How is your data used?

Calendar data is displayed within the app and used to create events on your behalf.
Gmail data is scanned only for shipping and delivery notification emails. No other emails are read, stored, or processed.
Profile information is used solely for authentication and displaying your name within the app.

Where is your data stored?

All data is stored on private, self-hosted infrastructure. No data is sent to third-party services, analytics platforms, or advertising networks. Google API data is never shared with any third party.

Data retention

Authentication tokens are stored securely on the server with restricted file permissions. Package tracking data is retained until manually deleted. You can revoke access at any time by removing Rhodes HQ from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Who has access?

Rhodes HQ is restricted to a small number of pre-approved users via an email allowlist. Only authorized Google accounts can sign in.
